95% of the Democrats in the House and Senate dont care about looting as long as it isnt near where they live. They not only dont care, they are loving it and by their actions encouraging it. Hell, Bidens people are paying the looters attorney fees, LOL. This guy didnt mean to let the truth of how he felt to get out. If he would have simply walked up to the mic and said, "look i dont care about looting," at least he would be telling the truth and that would not be phony.
