Ya, he was apparently a walking timebomb, but he would probably be alive minus what he went through with that officer. I dont know what the final charge will be in this environment but IMO it may well be an involuntary manslaughter charge. Mayor Beetlejuice seems content with doing even less than what was done in Minneapolis, so that city gets what it gets because of her dumb ass. Of course JB will be of no help, unless maybe the anarchists arent wearing masks.
