In Illinois it is against the law for anyone to wear a mask when carrying a gun despite the law being indifferent to the Second Amendment. There are considerable debates going on because this means anyone with a mask can not be carrying a concealed gun on them making, as some see it, making the concealed carry law moot if wearing a mask. Hence Baby Face Nelson, if wearing a mask, would be in violation of Illinois law if carrying a gun and he certainly would not rob a bank without a gun so he just would not rob a bank in the first place. Aren't Illinois laws wonderful? By the way if the law was enforced in Chicago shootings would drop to zero...now if Mayor Lightfoot would just enforce the Governor's mask law Chicago would be safe to walk in again.
