JL, nobody is really trying to discredit you. You're truly passionate about your cause and I can understand it. I was there fifty years ago when I fought windmills on behalf of clients.
However, there's a realistic approach to everything. I don't know you but I'm betting you don't have the funds to take on city hall. They have on staff attorney and risk management officials. They deal with insinuation every day.
It's fine to fight for a cause and the old soul in me admires that you do so. I think you tend to exaggerate the cases sometimes but that's just my skepticism shining through.
When Wally and I are on the same side on an issue, there must be something to it. Maybe it's because we are older and wiser.
