GCPD - Destruction/Hiding of Records a Class 4 FelonyArchived Message

Has the GCPD violated the law and committed a Class 4 felony by intentionally cutting out part of the recorded phone calls? Not to mentioned the unprofessional behavior by Lt Blair of the GCPD when asked (before knowing it was actually him) who controlled the Facebook Page for The GCPD. Recorded phone calls obtained through the Illinois FOIA reveals just how unprofessional he is. Lt Blair goes as far to say it's not the publics right to know. Continually wants to know why I'm asking. Refuses to tell me who repeatedly. Insists that because he doesn't know what my intentions are he can't tell me.
There however seems to be audio missing as Lt Blair thought it would be a good idea to lie and tell me later that he is just the janitor and doesn't know anything. Potentially out of fear of embarrassment and discredit to the department when it was stated that I was going to request the copy of these phone calls and make public how he is acting they have not sent the audio where he sets the phone down and just says, what, what, who is this, what is it that you want, I don't know what your asking, then comes back on the line with the comment about being a janitor. He mentions in one call with someone else that I'm asking about requesting the phone calls, yet where is the audio of me saying that. In Illinois it is a Class 4 felony to intentionally hide public records punishable by 1-3 years in prison. This can not be allowed to stand by anyone. A violation against one is a violation against all as this information which the public has a right to see and hear in order to make fully informed decisions is being denied to all.
