It came out of a lab afterall, which should not surprise anyone. Now the benefit of the doubt is that it was accidental and the blame goes to some nameless lab tech, which should also be seen as pretty iffy. Coincidence or not the whole thing helped China quite a bit with the Hong Kong riots and the possibility of this taking Orange man down sure didnt sound bad to them either. We will never know the real truth.
