Somewhere in all the red tape must be why the MSM keeps pushing Trump to impose some kind of federal mandate that the entire country be locked down. 95% of it is now, and the other 5% may as well be, but that doesnt seem enough. Its probably so they can later call him a dictator in a campaign ad.
One of the amendments has some words about a right not being infringed upon, but I never saw the part where it says unless a pandemic occurs in which weed and alcohol sales may not be infringed upon, but gun sales may, by Democrat mayors. I admit i dont always look at the fine print.
