By not knowing the cost he can claim later he thought that this was revenue neutral. You know that JB and Madigan are going over every single one of these unfunded mandates and its just a matter of time before this state is firing on all 2 cylinders. Thats what these fine leaders do in the Peoples Republic of Illinois. We should be ashamed for now and then pointing out shady things in Madison County. Why should they they be singled out and expected to not be so underhanded when the whole damn state is crooked as hell?
