so that the repairs he had done to the machinery andq other improvements would not have been made so the flooding would have been much worse meaning those Democrats could have stewed in the sewage water they were meant to be stewed in.
True Democrat actions of "never let a crisis go to waste" that freak storm's results that were blamed on Alder would have been much worse but as we know the matter would be all hush hush as per usual.
Incidentally Illinois will probably lose a Congressional seat next census meaning Illinois will become less important to the Democrats as the current bunch are slashing and burning the state in a manner that even General SHerman would be awed by. What a great future for the State.
