I apologize for not posting a link in m y original post. I usually try to but slipped this time. None the less I would think that this would be a hot topic at City Hall. After all this will probably help fund their pensions despite what is or isn't good for the Granite citizenry in the long run. None the less one might opine that a lot of people have issues reading and writing beyond the ability to recognize the letter D when in an election voting stall but that is another subject.
