What I found interesting was that for years the steelworkers wanted tariffs imposed nsd so right after Trump gave them what they wanted they still refused to back him. Most politicians would renew of the tariffs after that but my feeling was Trump wanted what was best for the country regardless of political support from the unions; a very rare type of situation that I have not seen before.
