Now if such were given to me, I would have a hard time choosing.
I would probably free lance on an unguided tour, hit up trains and taxis and just take in each place as I would like...
As to where... still would like to see Central and parts of Eastern Europe.. the Holy Land... parts of South America (where I likely wouldn't be able to do as much train hopping)...
There are some places in the US I still need to see as well such as the New England States and the great Northwest, but I won't put a voucher to that as it may be easier to afford travel within the Country. Just wait until Southwest advertises a special and see where I end up...
I'll be honest and say that I would be a little fearful if the people do not speak Latin-based languages...At least in Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German I could try to make out signs... .but if I had the opportunity to go even to China, Mongolia, or Japan, I think I would still want to try.
I think if the voucher were specifically for North Korea, I would pass for now.
