Exactly Worker A, Granite will tread water for the next decade or two before it eventually becomes like West Belleville and the crime rate skyrockets. If Ladue is a 10 and Edgemont a 1, Granite City is a solid 4. The cities ceiling is a 5 and its floor a 2.5, but thats just the way it is. For a dingy city it isnt all that bad, i know of a lot worse places. Since the entire state is in disarray why wouldnt a lower middle class city like GC be?? This entire state is screwed, maybe GC will just find out first hand before some other locations.
