The votes are in the House to impeach. Do it and get it over with. We know the votes won't be there in the Senate but it gives the Democrats staying power to say, "we tried".
Nancy is probably one of the most clever democrats around. I personally don't like her but I see her as a player. She was able to contain the "squad", she held off the impeachment talks until the time was right and she is smart enough to know that if they do it now, it will be old news come next November.
The dems would be wise to listen to the old warhorse. She has survived for a reason.
