River, Dick "Turbin" Durbin is a Democrat, the rules do not apply to him. BTW AdumSchiff is saying he didnt really lie, what he said would be true given a different set of facts.
Here is what will happen. In the coming days The Fake Indian will carefully blame Biden for this, claiming he should have never put himself in that position. She will mention the video in a low key manner. She has to continue to trash Trump so she doesnt piss off the kooks, but she will cautiously bring Biden and his crooked crack head son into the fray.
