I have a feeling that I am going to answer the question of 'how do you get existing guns off the street?' just about as well as you can answer 'how can you keep more guns from getting to the street?"

That's why people are getting killed and guns are making it to the street in the first place. There are no checks, no registrations.

It's funny you use these tired NRA arguments and even try to lump me with all the other liberals.

I"m patriot through and through, so much so that I am tired of seeing my fellow Countrymen die needless deaths and Countrywomen too.

Also, I know that the Constitution is a living document with the ability to amend.

I never blamed a gun for anything.

It's the combination of hand and gun. Too many hands should not be wrapped around a gun.... Because too many hands connected to guns are also connected to twisted minds. Some hands have abused others, while other hands have committed other felonies.

I admit that some gun regulation will indeed be too little too late. If we don't start getting this under control, the problem will only compound.

At some point, even if there's an oil spill on fire, you try to isolate the fire from the oil and definitely not add more oil to the problem. You try to cap the oil or something.

Your solution and that of the NRA is simply to pour more gasoline on a fire in hopes to put it out.

It's not working, and never will.

So.....let's try to see why Japan is so safe, or Australia or EVERY SINGLE other country in the industrialized world....and maybe start doing what they do.
