Just out of curiosity, what would you have them do? I mean we always hear griping but never offered solutions around here.

We had the same issues at Parkview when my two kids went there. That place was a zoo at dismissal time. It got so bad that parents went to a city council meeting and griped and it's not a city problem.

Look at Grigsby right now. I can't get to the golf course in the morning because of the line of cars on Pontoon Road waiting to get into that lot.

Guess what though. If the district asked for a bond issue to add more parking space or driveways, most of us would vote no. And where would you put additional asphalt surface? I think several schools are pretty much landlocked. I know Parkview was.

Part of the problem now is that every mommy and daddy have to walk little Suzie right to the door. of the school. I get it. We live in a dangerous world full of sick perverts. We have moronic brain dead fecal matter driving right through school crosswalks.

If you want to keep your kid safe, put up with a little delay or man up with the funding and a plan. As a parent, I gave up the traffic quest years ago. Suck it up buttercup.
