I hope you aren't trying to sing the virtues of Trump because he signed this bill. The bill was long delayed by two Republicans over funding issues. One of the first responders who testified before Congress died before it was passed. John Steward, a "Leftist" shamed Congress into acting.
Don't get me wrong, it's great that this was finally passed, it should have been a complete no brainer, but don't try to credit the moron in Chief for it's passage.
