This is why 2020 will be as important as 2016 was. Not so much for who gets the WH but who gets to appoint the court.
Can you imagine if Justice Ginzburg retires and Trump2 gets to appoint another conservative? Judicial power for decades to come. And folks that's where the real power is.
Congress makes the laws. Presidents use the laws. The court decides who has the real right of law.
