Better go tell the guys who are remodeling and preparing for the opening that it's just a rumor Their trucks have been there for weeks with ladders up to the roof. It's real and it's a start. The name of the company is Cotton's Ace Hardware and apparently this store will make the old one look like Pace Hardware. They'll have everything including some lumber.
