They should at the very least put his little ass in todays version of a reform school. In recent months we have had an 11 year old an a 69 year old that likes to start fires. Maybe arson is the new thing around here. Democrats before long will be demanding that 11 year olds be allowed to vote so why not make an example out of this little hoodlum? The 69 year old that torched the gas pumps should get the needle and this dip kid should be out of general population for about 12 years minimum.
