My thoughts were while I realize that they are not handing out money they are in fact providing a service to individuals recognizing the problems they are facing. I fully agree with your comment that they are savvy business people and are naturally doing this for a profit just as any other realtor would do. However as you say there are plenty that are fed up with Illinois meaning that there is a market for a business like that and many may find it beneficial. My thoughts are they would give better advice instead of some politicala type telling you how great things are because while taxes and fees are going up there will be a new splash pad put in one's area.
