The wife and I drove down Pontoon Rd just past the carnival-drunk fest, and there are cops every where. Looks like streets are blocked off and a news van parked just off of the main road.
Does anyone know what's going on? A parking depute gone wrong perhaps? This yearly tradition has became a sh*t stain on the city, what a mess!
