Few Public Sector union bosses would openly support Trump, it simply wouldnt be tolerated. Many members however, though often under pressure vote as they damn well please. Most presidents have had some sort of tariff activity during their time in office. Trumps have been much more severe, and of course ridiculed by the leftists.
We all know had the Virginia shooter been connected with Trump in any way, that would be the story. Using reverse Democrat tactics the Republicans could say, Hmmm, the shooter is most likely a Public Sector union worker. Now of course that would be crude and underhanded, but it would be exactly what the left feels very comfortable doing whenever possible.
