I always wonder are these numbers net of anyone moving in that would make things even more dire? Illinois being a more or less sanctuary state is a magnet for many of the illegals that enter the country these days. So if two taxpaying workers leave and one moocher type moves in does that mean the reported numbers only show a decrease of one? If that is the case we are in considerably worse shape than the numbers reflect.
