I havent heard this but it certainly doesnt surprise me. The problem as i see it is that this would not be popular except for those making out on the deal, but the dumb voters will continue to support the crooks that are behind this. Just one more reason why this state is on life support, and probably isnt even worth saving. Gubment unions and their Democrat party enablers are an unholy alliance.
