J.B. Pritzker’s administration estimates Illinois faces a more-than $3 billion deficit in its next budget year. Old J.B. has a solution for that meaning even more and increased user fees and taxes. The FSA (free stuff army) won't mind though because to them this is just the start of new and bigger goodies on the way. More taxes for the Illinoisans...cool!
