Since the article didnt say she was a Democrat, that was enough for me to figure out that she was a Democrat. You are right, she wont do a day in jail, but shes looking at some severe community service. The two tiered justice system does not exist only at the federal level.
She got caught with her hand in the cookie jar, but she has a lot of intangibles in her favor, especially in this state. That D. after her name should be enough for her to not let this ruin her Christmas.
