I know ive watched $10,000 in items walk out of the Dollar General over the years. I used to speak up, but anymore i figure if Dollar General doesnt care why should i care. When i can go in that place and get out without some kind of drama i consider it a victory. The people that work at Dollar General put up with a lot of nonsense, i know that much. Whatever they get paid, it isnt enough. Rural King is another place where the headquarters seems more interested in catching an employee stealing a paper clip than some customer walking out the front door with a riding lawnmower. Tens of thousands of dollars walk out of that place every year but the managements attitude seems to be pretty carefree about it.
