Worker A, come on have some compassion, the lady works a 100 days a year and she may even work full days on some of them. She cant work every day because she probably has 3 other similar jobs and a few boards she sits on.
I used to not blame the people that benefit by these so called jobs, but at the very least they are knowingly participating in what amounts to being a scam. This of course is one major reason that this state is hopelessly mired in red ink, and will never be anything but.
The ones raking it in dont want to give it up and those in a position to call them out are usually doing the same damn thing, so although much of the fraud is wide open, some of it is on the down low. You will see this when you have 10 different committees and the same people are on 90% of the committees. Its like a Ponzi scheme only maybe even more sinister at times.
