Did Bernie Madoff help create this? I see similarities. Keep in mind Worker A, its Illinois, what did you expect? It appears Emanuel bailed out just tine time though. Knowing we have Rauner and good ole J.B. ready willing and able to set this state back on track is comforting though isnt it?? We would be better off allowing the Mexican drug cartels to run the state.
