I drove by the new sign again today, and wow, what a beautiful upgrade. Gorgeous masonry and "Oaklawn Terrace" in a very nice script..complete with lights to highlight it in the evening.
Thank you again to whomever is responsible for this enormous improvement, it is just wonderful!
