Trump learned the hard way that the five so called conservatives on the court are not automatics. The only automatics are the 4 leftists, that bloc is rock solid. Roberts and now Gorsuch have shown that they can and will do what none of the 4 on the other side would ever even consider. The goal on each case is to simply pick off one of the 5 cons knowing damn well they have the cinch 4 in the bag. Its still for the most part a 5 to 4 court, but now and then one can and will be picked off.
