From what I've heard about Mr. Moore, he was just a good, hard working soul who tried to do a good job. Enter retired police chief Luehman who probably never turned a shovel of dirt or lifted the hood of a vehicle much less driven a backhoe. Yeah, that sounds like change.
From outside appearance, the previous supervisor was as dull as a wooden knife. He didn't appear to have any vision for the township other than to employ family and collect a check. Enter Presswood who appears to be as dull between the ears as the aforementioned wooden knife.
