I agree with that.....all I am saying is that it makes me wonder why the BND itself even makes it an issue.
Different cities have different needs.
For example the GCFD would likely need more staffing, not just for the homes of the area, but for hazmat situations and industrial fires as well. I can remember the fuel storage tank fire, or the big commonwealth fire.
Policing would be done differently.
So my question all along is why BND brings it up that two cities, that for the minute happen to be of similar size --- that one has 3 fewer employees and is more expensive.
IF BND had any critical thinking skills whatsoever, they would not need to raise the question.
One city is a bedroom community --- the other is much more industrial. How those communities are policed, how they plan for fire protection --- how they do business would necessarily be very different.
That's my premise....that it's irresponsible for the BND to insinuate in any way that one city is run less efficiently... and I believe they were trying to do that.
