Rick resisted the trend of foreigners buying up little mom and pop stores back in the eighties. I think he was offered a tidy sum to sell back then and didnt. I liked Rick knew him 60 years. I think he was squeezed out to a point, and he spoke his mind politically and that didnt help him either maybe. I heard its for sale.
