the jew and the gentile go to a real estate seminar in 1969. The seminar leader explains how to buy a house for 10,000 keep it in good repair, live there thirty years and sell it for 75,000. The gentile says good deal gimme one. The Jew says good deal gimme 40. Someone I know real close, lol, has 40 homes in granite city. Now let me tell you how thats workin out. You cant give em away, so your still stuck with renters that tear them up, then the city makes you fix em back up, and we start over again. Any one see a fix for this?
