The problem at the county for prenzler is he doesn't communicate with the republicans. You have to let your side in on the plan, if you want them to vote your way. They feel he expects their vote, because he is the chairman. Some people know they can vote however they want. Some vote with the chairman to gain future considerations. I have spoke to many R's on the county board to try and figure it out....
