The forensic audit was completed June 27, 2017. The FOIA requests for this report have been circulating for a week or more. Two separate copies of the report were handed out by the FOIA officer, one without the letterhead and footer of the Auditor and then one was witnessed containing the letterhead and a signature of the auditor.
Please know that the GA Assistance was receiving health insurance benefits, including a supplemental policy from September 2013 through December 2014, prior to the Resolution.
