Im not really a Cardinals fan, but its obvious the team has issues. Larussa got ran out of his front office position in Arizona and now that team has turned around. Some say he should have won a half a dozen world series especially when you remember all the talent those Oakland teams had. I know its easier to dump one manager rather than a bunch of players, but for some reason i think a few players are going to get moved.
I see Matheny as a middle of the road manager and he is currently managing a team with middle of the road talent at best.
