Thank you for responding, that is generally how the law mandates, but not every Township acknowledges governing statutes. For example, Nameoki Township bills, including GA expenditures, were approved by Supervisor Randy Viessmann, then he would inform the Board of Trustees that they could approve them, thus - they gave little thought to their review.
