"Ronald Farrington filed suit March 23 in federal court against Nameoki Township Highway Commmissioner Donald Moore seeking "substantial" compensatory damages for alleged violation of his rights and the alleged harm to his reputation and for the alleged suffering of humiliation and mental anguish."
This lawsuit was dismissed. ORDER DISMISSING CASE without prejudice pursuant to Farrington's motion for a voluntary dismissal without prejudice. The Court closes the file. Signed by Judge David R. Herndon on 5/1/17.
The dismissal was due to the fact that this laborer did not follow grievance procedure through Teamsters - instead he was coached by a party whose name I will with hold at this time and cost the taxpayers money for attorney fees. Thank you Mr. Farrington. In my opinion, the tap payers should file suit against you for filing a frivolous lawsuit against the highway commissioner for political reasons.
