What if pro sports were picked this way? You had to be a fan of the team in your district? What if automobiles had disdricts? You had to buy the cars made in your given district....
I guess we could what if this to death. We chose private school for reasons NOt due to the quality available in Granite City. I believe a person can get as good of an education as they want to work at (along with parents) from district #9. If the child/parents don't work at it, it won't matter if they get a voucher to Harvard, the results will be the same....
