Since the Democrat party and the media are pretty much one and the same the GOP will always get the blame for any government shutdown. I know the judges arent involved with the budget battle, but its just another resource that they have and they have no shame as for using it. Imagine the cries of racism had a Republican federal judge blocked anything Obama shoved down out throats. The Democrats do what they have to do, period, the GOP always yaps about what they will do and then bail.
