You have to have people that can have a little vision, though. Otherwise, all you have is what is here today, and in a place where there is decline, all that can happen is attrition..
Meaning, people try to manage and stop the bleeding - and maybe enjoy a few ups...
But this is the most real thing I truly believe ---- you have to see something in the future and aspire to it. If you don't have that in front of you, there is nothing to work for or work toward.
Gotta have a vision.
