Blu, some of these cases are pretty solid, others or tangled and interwoven to the point nobody in their right mind would try to figure them out. No way in hell would a sane person even attempt to decipher some of this madness. But when you have physical evidence that is undeniable, that was usually enough for good ole Judge Wampner. I do get the mindset though of the many judges just dont want to deal with it or the headaches that come with it. Im sure more than one golf tee time has been less volatile than it would have been had some judge not kicked the can down the road.
