A few people in my neighborhood have asked me why i dont run for any local level political office. I tell them, thats a very easy question. I explain that putting a couple signs in my yard doesnt make me a good candidate, if so half this street should run. I have a baseball glove too, but i think my shot at making a pro team have passed on by me. Then i go on about just simply not caring enough, because i dont. Im not willing to make sacrifices because i dont even want to be here. Another reason is that it takes more than one vote to win any election, and im not altogether certain id even get one vote. Lastly, although i might be able to fake it, i dont know enough about the procedures. You dont just walk in and take over with people already in place that have been involved in politics forever.
