That is one way to keep the seniors and old folks away from the polls, too far to walk. And the intimidation factor. Who doesnt remember Jim Denham and his two hired hands walking through the people in the parking lot back in the day. Eric Evans and Charlie Luehmann, that old fool Denham, never left home without them. His legacy lives on in his absence. Thats how they roll.
