Who to Believe on School tax issue?Archived Message

My question is can you believe what is said about the school tax increase. The State of ILL. cannot be trusted! This tax is SUPPOSE to go to the schools! Remember the Lottery? It goes to the schools BUT the state cut the other money to the schools...so they didn't get any more. The state owes money now to the schools. With this tax the money collected will go to the state then given back to the schools. Do you believe that?
