Did you wait there at the office or did you have to make another trip back later and if so, how long did it take?
Did you find it strange that they took a picture of something in an office door mailbox as opposed to copying it for you? That's the typical method so that the person making the request and the respondent both have copies. Looked like the person didn't put much effort into it other than take pictures.
What specific documents did you ask for? I assume the insurance was the driving force behind the request.
I ask this because it's my understanding from a golfing buddy that all FOIA request must be documented by the government agency and that the request be reported to the governing board. I would assume since you got the info so quick that the report would be available for the board to review at their meeting next week.
If only the ladies in that office would serve the public as well as they apparently served you today, there would never be a complaint about them.
